November, 2001– Annual Meeting dates set for June 13-15, 2002. Meet the new Executive Members, including the President-Elect, Dr. Anthony Levitt. Updated the Corporate Members page.

August, 2001– Updated the site using more Acrobat pdf files, and added the Mind-It notification; see lots of photos from the 13th Annual Meeting in Stockholm; new site map.

March, 2001 – Abstract deadline for Annual Meeting is now April 6, 2001. Preliminary program and travel info for the 2001 Annual Meeting in Stockholm.

November, 2000 – Iíve updated the SLTBR web site using frames. Check the updated links page. The SLTBR discussion list has moved to Yahoo Groups where all the messages are archived (only SLTBR members can join the discussion list).

July, 2000 -- The SLTBR executive office moves to San Francisco; Kathleen Matikonis becomes new Executive Director; new address is SLTBRinfo@aol.com.

May, 2000 -- see the photos and program from the 12th Annual Meeting in Evanston, IL, May 7-9, 2000! Also, revised the public information pages and the Executive Members page (with our new president, Dr. Sonia Ancoli-Israel).

January, 2000 -- The full Clinical Guidelines for the Treatment of SAD is now available. All SLTBR members should receive a complimentary copy in the mail.

August, 1999 -- SLTBR gets its own domain name! Now at www.sltbr.org so change your bookmarks accordingly. Also, several revisions to the site, including the Corporate Members page, the Executive Members page, and the SLTBR links page.

June, 1999 -- photos from the 1999 SLTBR Annual Meeting in historic Old Town Alexandria, VA.

May, 1999 -- Summary of the Canadian Consensus Guidelines for the Treatment of SAD now available on the web.

November, 1998 -- Science writer Lynne Lamberg, who has followed closely the developments in chronobiology, writes about the SLTBR Annual Meeting for the Journal of the American Medical Association. The full text can be found at the JAMA site.

October, 1998 -- The top journal in psychiatry, the Archives of General Psychiatry, includes 4 papers on winter depression this month, along with two editorials by Anna Wirz-Justice and David Avery. These papers include 2 landmark studies confirming that light therapy is superior to a placebo condition. The full text of the editorials and the abstracts of the papers are available at the Archives of General Psychiatry site.
