2012 Call for Abstracts

The deadline for receipt of abstracts is:

April 22, 2012  

By May 15, 2012, we will notify all those who submit abstracts of acceptance as poster or oral presentation.

Presentation Formats. Below are the traditional meeting formats. Submitting an abstract is considered a commitment that the author will attend the meeting and present the work (whether it is in the form of an oral presentation or a poster). 

Papers for presentation as posters and talks are submitted individually. The Program Committee will organize submissions accepted for oral into sessions that generally include 3-4 papers and time for discussion. Submissions accepted as posters will be displayed beginning Monday and end on Tuesday. 

Abstract Submission

Submissions should be emailed to sltbrinfo@gmail.com with “Abstract submission” in the subject line by the deadline.  No late abstracts will be accepted.

Please follow exactly the Format Guidelines.  Otherwise, your abstract will be returned to you.
