2011 Meeting Registration

To register for the 2011 meeting in Montréal, please follow these simple steps:

1. Add the applicable fees to your "shopping cart"
2. Check out and complete your payment to SLTBR
3. After confirmation of payment, click on "Return to SLTBR" and you will be automatically redirected
to the Meeting registration form which you must fill out and submit to complete your registration.

	Member registration (must pay 2011 membership dues)	$200.00
	Non-member registration	$300.00
	Student registration (must pay 2011 membership dues)	$75.00
	Corporate member display	$700.00
	Banquet	$80.00
	Late registration fee (after April 30, 2011)	$25.00
