2008 Annual Meeting Fees

To register for the 2008 meeting in Vancouver, please follow these simple steps:

1. Add the applicable fees to your "shopping cart"
2. Check out and complete your payment to SLTBR
4. After confirmation of payment, click on "Return to SLTBR" and you will be automatically redirected
to the Meeting registration form which you must fill out and submit to complete your registration.

	Student	$75.00
	Corporate Exhibitor	$700.00
	Late registration fee (after June 6th)	$25.00
	Banquet	$80.00
